Hello beautiful! I am absolutely thrilled to have you here. My love for hair and makeup started long before Beauty by EK; as a teenager, I was always the go-to friend for school dances and special occasions. What began as a passion eventually became my career path. After graduating from cosmetology school, I became a licensed Master Cosmetologist in Georgia and began immersing myself in the bridal industry. Assisting established bridal stylists gave me a front-row seat to the magic of wedding days. Working alongside experienced artists helped me build the foundation and confidence to launch Beauty by EK. My mission is simple: to help you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself while still feeling completely like YOU. I believe your bridal beauty experience should be personal, relaxed, and exciting—never like you’re being transformed into a stranger. I specialize in soft, polished looks that enhance your natural features so you can walk down the aisle with confidence. While Beauty by EK is based in Gainesville, Georgia, I love to travel to wherever my brides are getting ready. From North Georgia and throughout the state to out-of-state and destination weddings, I specialize in on-location hair and makeup services. If you love my work and want me there, just inquire. When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me embracing the beautiful chaos of life as a stay-at-home mom to my sweet boy, Cooper, and wife to my amazing husband, Jackson. Although I grew up in South Georgia, I now love calling Gainesville, GA my home. Our house is rooted in our faith, and it’s the heartbeat of everything we do. Most days, you can catch me in the kitchen. Whipping up signature cookies from scratch is my favorite way to slow down and create something thoughtful. There is so much magic in the intentionality of baking the perfect batch or caring for my boys, and that’s the exact same heart I bring to my brides. I want your wedding morning to feel just as cozy and warm as a fresh plate of cookies and a home full of love. I treat every detail of your look with the same care I pour into my own family, making sure you feel nurtured, seen, and completely at peace.
